STANDING ORDER

Social security cases within the Danville and Harrisonburg divisions of this court
assigned to the undersigned’s docket will be referred to the Honorable Joel C. Hoppe,
United States Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Virginia, to conduct all
proceedings which may arise and to submit to the court his report setting forth his findings,
conclusions, and recommended disposition pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B). If the
parties consent in a timely fashion, either before or after the reference, the court will refer
such cases for all matters including final disposition pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c)(1).
Standing Order 2021-21 is hereby VACATED.
The Clerk is directed to enter this Order in the Order Books for the Danville and
Harrisonburg Divisions.
