undersigned ' s docket are referred to the Honorable Joel C. Hoppe, United States Magistrate
Judge for the Western District of Virginia, to conduct all proceedings which may arise and to
submit to the court a report setting forth findings, conclusions, and recommended disposition
pursuant to 20 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l)(B) or, if the parties timely consent, either before or after the
reference, the court will refer such cases for all matters including final disposition pursuant to 28
U.S.C. § 636(c)(l).
The Clerk is directed to enter this order in the books for the Charlottesville Division.
