On October 13, 2020, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia
plans to upgrade to NextGen CM/ECF. To accommodate this upgrade and in accordance
with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 6(a)(3) and Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure
45(a)(3), the Clerk’s Office will be inaccessible from 8:00 am, October 10, 2020, through
8:00 am Tuesday, October 13, 2020. During this period, members of the bar and public
will be unable to electronically file or view documents, view dockets, or use any of the
functions of the Court’s CM/ECF system.
The Clerk is directed to enter this order in the order books for each division of this Court.
