In order to ensure the integrity of the grand jury process, and to provide for the security of
those participating in the process, it is now
ORDERED
that the entry area adjacent to the elevators and outside the grand jury room on the east side of the
second floor ofthe PoffFederal Building shall be closed to the public, so as to limit access to
only those participating in the grand jury process and those court employees entering second
floor chambers, on all days on which the grand jury is meeting.
The Clerk is directed to enter this order in the order books for each division of this Court.
