STANDING ORDER 2014-4
Social Security cases within the Harrisonburg Division of this court assigned to the
undersigned’s docket, except those previously referred, are referred as follows:
(1) All cases are referred to the Honorable Joel C. Hoppe, United States Magistrate Judge
for the Western District of Virginia;
(2) Referrals of these cases to Judge Hoppe are pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B), and
these cases are referred to these judges to conduct all proceedings which may arise and to submit
to the court a report setting forth their findings, conclusions, and recommended disposition
pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B);
(3) The Standing Orders entered on June 9, 2011, January 20, 2012 and April 13, 2012
are hereby vacated and superceded by this Standing Order.
It is so ORDERED.
The Clerk is directed to enter this order in the order books for the Harrisonburg Division.
