(as defined in the Standing Orders of this Court), within the Charlottesville and Harrisonburg
division of this court assigned to the undersigned's docket will be referred to the Honorable
Joel C. Hoppe, United States Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Virginia, to conduct
pretrial proceedings and rule on any non-dispositive motions, except motions in limine, as
permitted by law.* See 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l)(A).
The Clerk is directed to enter this Order in the Order Books for the Charlottesville
and Harrisonburg divisions.
