It is hereby ORDERED that a Fund is established for purposes that benefit the bench and bar
in the administration of justice, whose source shall be derived from attorney admission fees collected
for pro hac vice admission;
It is further ORDERED that the attached Plan for the Administration of the Bench and Bar
Fund is hereby adopted by this Court and placed in operation in the United States District Court for
the Western District of Virginia effective October I, 2018 and shall be effective throughout the
district until otherwise modified .
