STANDING ORDER

Civil cases, except for those involving Social Security claims/appeals or Prisoner
cases (as defined in the Standing Orders of this Court), within the Roanoke and Danville
divisions of this court assigned to the undersigned’s docket will be referred to the Honorable
C. Kailani Memmer, United States Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Virginia, to
conduct pretrial proceedings and rule on any non-dispositive motions, except motions in
limine, as permitted by law. * See 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(A).
The Clerk is directed to enter this Order in the Order Books for the Roanoke and
Danville Divisions.
