STANDING ORDER
2025-16
Social security cases within the Roanoke division of this court assigned to the
undersigned’s docket will be referred to the Honorable C. Kailani Memmer, United States
Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Virginia, and such cases in the Harrisonburg
division will be referred to the Honorable Joel C. Hoppe, United States Magistrate Judge for
the Western District of Virginia, to conduct all proceedings which may arise and to submit to
the court a report setting forth findings, conclusions, and recommended disposition pursuant
to 20 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B). If the parties consent in a timely fashion, either before or after the
referral, the court will refer such cases for all matter including final disposition pursuant to 28
U.S.C. § 636(c)(1).
Standing Order 2023-13 is hereby WITHDRAWN.
The Clerk is directed to enter this Order in the Order Books for the Roanoke and
Harrisonburg divisions.
