K. Moon, except those previously referred, are referred to United States Magistrate Judge
C. Kailani Memmer to conduct all proceedings which may arise and submit to the court a
report setting forth findings, conclusions, and recommended disposition pursuant to 28 U.S.C.
§ 636(b)(1)(B) or, if the parties timely consent, either before or after the reference, the court
will refer such cases for all matters including final disposition pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c)(1).
Standing Order 2023-11 is hereby VACATED.
The Clerk of this Court is directed to enter this Standing Order in the order books for
the Lynchburg Division.
