Each party asserting non-infringement of a patent claim shall serve on all other parties “Final
Non-Infringement Contentions” containing the information required by Loc. Pat. R. 3.3 within
twenty-eight (28) days after service of the “Final Infringement Contentions.” Each party asserting
patent infringement shall serve on all other parties “Final Responses to Invalidity Contentions”
containing the information required by Loc. Pat. R. 3.5, no later than the date the “Final Non-
Infringement Contentions” are due.
