Acknowledging the increased bandwidth capabilities across the island and the need for parties
9
to file larger sized documents, the Court hereby amends Local Rules Appendix A Section 7 (as
10
underlined below) to change the attachments and exhibits filing limit in CM/ECF from 5 megabytes
11
to 20 megabytes. The section will now state:

7. Attachments and Exhibits
14 Filing Users must submit in electronic form all documents referenced as exhibits or
15 attachments, unless the Court permits conventional filing of a specific document. Voluminous
16 items may be electronically filed as multiple partial file attachments to avoid system limits on
17 individual file size. The current system limit is 20 megabytes for any individual PDF file.

Any person who wishes to comment on this amendment may submit comments no

later than December 31, 2025. Comments and suggestions can be submitted electronically to:
