AMENDED GENERAL ORDER REGARDING THE ASSIGNMENT OF
CASES TO SENIOR JUDGE NANCY D. FREUDENTHAL
Effective October 13, 2022, the Honorable Nancy D. Freudenthal, as a Senior Status Judge will
take assignments of new cases only as follows:
(a) Judge Freudenthal is removed from the Criminal Case Assignment Deck. Judge
Freudenthal will complete those criminal cases currently assigned to her and handle
revocation hearings and post sentencing issues (§ 2255 motions) on criminal cases
previously assigned to her and those previously assigned to Judge Clarence A. Brimmer.
(b) Until further notice Judge Freudenthal is removed from the civil case assignment deck.
