This matter comes before the Court for adopting a revised CJA Manual for the
District of Wyoming. This manual is based upon 18 U.S.C. 3006A, The Guide to Judiciary
Policies and Procedures, Volume VII, as well as this District's own policies as to the
administration of the Criminal Justice Act Panel for the District of Wyoming.
IT IS ORDERED that upon review of this manual it hereby approved for publication
and distribution to the Criminal Justice Act Panel for the District of Wyoming.
