AMENDED ORDER
This order amends and replaces the March 5, 2014 order entered by the Court.
The matter of the adoption of revised rules for this Court having come on this day
regularly to be heard, and a set of revised local rules for civil cases, criminal cases and
bankruptcy cases having been considered, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises; it is
HEREBY ORDERED that the Local Rules of the United States District Court for
the District of Wyoming for civil cases, criminal cases and bankruptcy cases be, and the
same are hereby amended in accordance with the copy attached hereto. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that the revised Local Rules attached hereto, shall be of
full force and effect on and after March 4, 2014; and shall apply in all respects to pending
cases and cases filed on and after March 4, 2014, unless otherwise ordered by the Court.
It is
FINALLY ORDERED that all other local rules adopted by this Court prior to
March 4, 2014 be and the same are hereby annulled.
