ORDER AMENDING COLLATERAL FINE SCHEDULE
FOR THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE
This Court entered an Order April 4, 2008 establishing a
collateral fine schedule for several federal agencies that perform
law enforcement functions within the District of Wyoming. Due
to an amendment to the Code of Federal Regulations as related to
the National Park Service an amendment of the Order is
necessary.
ORDERED that the National Park Service Collateral Fine
Schedule as adopted by this Court in its Order of April 4, 2008 is
amended in the following respect:
36 CFR §2.51(h) is omitted.
36 CFR §2.52 (h) is omitted.
36 CFR §2.31 (a)(4) Harassment $250.00
36 CFR §2.31 (a)(5) Obstruction $200.00
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Court's order of
April 4, 2008, and any amendments thereto, shall in all other
respects remains in full force and effect.
