GENERAL ORDER ON DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING SENTENCING
MATERIALS IN ALL NON-PETTY CRIMINAL CASES
Effective immediately attorneys for the government and any defendant shall file any
materials concerning sentencing or objections to any matter, other than the presentence report1
(PSR), not less than three (3) business days prior to any sentencing hearing. Absent PRIOR
court approval, any sentencing memorandum or document(s) analyzing any of the sentencing
factors, PSR findings, statement or other filing, including letters, evaluations, treatises, reports,
certificates, awards, photographs, or other documents pertaining to or supporting the
defendant’s or government’s position on sentencing shall be filed with the court no later than
three (3) business days prior to sentencing.
