The matter of the adoption of amended Civil Local Rules for this Court having
been brought before this Court to be heard, and the proposed amendments to this Court's
local rules for civil cases having been considered, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises; it is
HEREBY ORDERED that the Civil Local Rules of the United States District
Court for the District of Wyoming be and the same are hereby amended in accordance
with the copy attached hereto and as posted on this Court's internet site:
https://www.wyd.uscourts.gov/sites/wyd/files/local rules/localrules-cv 0.pdf along with
a redlined version highlighting the amendments. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that the amended Civil Local Rules attached hereto, shall
replace all prior versions of the Civil Local Rules and be effective January 1, 2022; and
shall apply in all respects to pending cases, motions, and matters filed on and after
January 1, 2022, unless otherwise ordered by the Court.
