The matter of the adoption of amended civil local rules for this Court having come
on this day regularly to be heard, and a set of amended local rules for civil cases having
been considered, and the Court being fully advised in the premises; it is
HEREBY ORDERED that the Civil Local Rules of the United States District
Court for the District of Wyoming be and the same are hereby amended in accordance
with the copy attached hereto. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that the amended Civil Local Rules attached hereto, shall
be of full force and effect on and after October 30, 2017; and shall apply in all respects to
pending cases and cases filed on and after October 30, 2017, unless otherwise ordered by
the Court. It is
FINALLY ORDERED that all other civil local rules adopted by this Court prior to
October 30, 2017 be and the same are hereby annulled.
