Transcript Fee Rates General Order 2023-05
ORDER
The Judicial Conference of the United States has amended the names of four
transcript delivery categories effective October 1, 2023:
30-Day Transcript (Ordinary): A transcript to be delivered within thirty
(30) calendar days after receipt of an order.
7-Day Transcript (Expedited): A transcript to be delivered within seven
(7) calendar days after receipt of an order.
Next-Day Transcript (Daily): A transcript to be delivered on the calendar
day following receipt of the order (regardless of whether that calendar day is
a weekend or holiday), prior to the normal opening hour of the clerk’s office.
2-Hour Transcript (Hourly): A transcript of proceedings to be delivered
within two (2) hours from receipt of the order.
In addition, at its September 2022 session, the Judicial Conference approved
an increase to the maximum per page original and copy transcript fees rates,
effective October 1, 2023 and October 1, 2024, respectively (see attached chart).
The District of Wyoming hereby adopts the amended names of four
transcript delivery categories and the new original and copy transcript fee rates. A
revised Schedule of Maximum Rates for all categories of transcripts will be posted
on the District of Wyoming’s website at www.wyd.uscourts.gov.
