In all jury trials, parties and attorneys shall be present in Court when the jury is ready to
return its verdict. Parties and attorneys shall be notified of such circumstance, but the return of
the verdict will not be delayed in excess of thirty (30) minutes because of their absence. The
inability to locate a party or attorney, or his or her absence from the courtroom, will be deemed
a waiver of that person's presence upon the return of the verdict.
