GENERAL ORDER
To ensure safety and order at all Court facilities in this District, it is ORDERED
that the following individuals may carry firearms while conducting official business in the subject
facilities: (1) the United States Marshal, (2) Deputy United States Marshals, (3) any other federal
law enforcement agents, including Court Security Officers, who are authorized in writing by the
United States Marshal to carry their firearms, upon such terms and conditions deemed satisfactory
to the United States Marshal.
The United States Marshal and his designee Deputy Marshals and Court Security
Officers are authorized to enforce this order, detain violators, and confiscate unauthorized weapons
pending the further Order of the Court.
