GENERAL ORDER REGARDING
PETTY OFFENSE MATTERS
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, until further Order of this Court, the United States Marshal
for the Southern District of West Virginia shall:
1. Withdraw any and all detainer orders regarding petty offense matters pending before
United States Magistrate Judge Omar J. Aboulhosn and United States Magistrate Judge
Cheryl Eifert; and
2. Not execute upon any outstanding Bench Warrants regarding petty offense matters issued
by United States Magistrate Judge Omar J. Aboulhosn and United States Magistrate Judge
Cheryl Eifert.
The Clerk shall forward a copy of this Order to the United States Marshal for the Southern
District of West Virginia.
