1 There has been no Committee appointed for the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of West Virginia as of
this date because the balance in the Bankruptcy Non-Appropriated Funds Account is minimal, and no request for
expenditures has been made to date. However, when such a request is forthcoming, a separate committee for the
administration of those funds should be appointed pursuant to the General Order entered March 26, 2013.
