District Court
A notice of appeal from a judgment, order, or decree of a bankruptcy judge to the district
court shall be filed with the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to Part VIII of the
Page 50 of 83
Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. The Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court shall transmit
to the Clerk of the District Court the notice of appeal, the record designation and statement
of issues, and the record. On receipt of the transmission, the Clerk of the District Court
shall enter the appeal on the docket, establish a briefing schedule, and notice the parties of
the date on which the appeal was docketed and of the time for filing supporting memoranda.
