Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(a), all cases under Title 11, and all proceedings arising under
Title 11 or arising in or related to a case under Title 11, are referred to the Bankruptcy
Court for disposition. Filings in bankruptcy actions shall be made directly with the Clerk
of the Bankruptcy Court. Requests to withdraw this reference shall be filed with the Clerk
of the Bankruptcy Court, who will transmit the motion to withdraw reference to the Clerk
of the District Court. See FR Br P 5011, Advisory Committee Note (1987).
