Counsel and parties are subject to sanctions for failures and lack of preparation specified
in FR Civ P16(f) respecting pretrial conferences or orders and are subject to the payment
of reasonable expenses, including attorneys fees, as provided in FR Civ P 37(g) for failure
to participate in good faith in the development and submission of a proposed discovery
plan as required by FR Civ P 26(f) and LR Civ 16.1.
