REFERENCE TO BANKRUPTCY JUDGES
GENERAL ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of 28 u.s.c. §157, any or all
cases under Title 11 and any or all proceedings arising under
Title 11, or arising in or related to a case under Title 11,
shall be referred to the bankruptcy judges for this district.
It is further ordered that personal injury tort and
wrongful death claims shall be tried in the district court in
which the bankruptcy case is pending, or in the district court in
the district in which the claim arose, as determined by the
district court in which the bankruptcy case is pending.
