Upon motion of the United States seeking approval of a revised schedule

of collateral subject to forfeiture in relation to petty offenses and misdemeanors
18
prosecuted by citation or violation notice, affecting conduct on federal properties
19
20 administered by the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective
21 Service,
22 IT IS ORDERED that said Motion is granted and the Collateral Forfeiture
23
Schedule, which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, is adopted. This schedule shall
24
supersede all previous schedules relating to listed offenses committed on federal
1 property administered by the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective
2
Service, located within the jurisdiction of the Western District of Washington. The
3
Clerk of Court is directed to make this schedule available for public inspection at
4
the courthouses in the Western District of Washington.
