Attorneys petitioning for admission to practice in the United States District Court
15
16 for the Western District of Washington under the conditions prescribed in Local Civil Rule
17 83.1(b) and (c) shall pay to the Clerk a one-time admission fee of Two Hundred Forty-
18
Nine Dollars ($249.00). One Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars ($199.00) of the fee will be
19
20 deposited in the Treasury of the United States as required by 28 U.S.C. § 751(e), and the
21 Fifty Dollar ($50.00) balance of the fee shall be deposited in a bank account in the name
22
of the United States District Court, Western District of Washington Non-Appropriated
23
24 Fund to be administered pursuant to the Plan for the Administration of Non-Appropriated
25 Funds.

1 Non-resident attorneys who may be permitted upon a showing of particular need to
2
appear and participate pro hac vice in a particular case, as prescribed by Local Civil Rule
3
83.1(d), shall pay to the Clerk of this Court a fee of Two Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars
4
5 ($249.00) per case in which such counsel participates, which will be deposited in the
6
account established for the United States District Court, Western District of Washington
7
8 Non-Appropriated Fund to be administered pursuant to the Plan for the Administration of
9 Non-Appropriated Funds.

The foregoing amendments shall be effective retroactive to the 1st day of December,
11
12 2023.
