The Court finds it is appropriate to adopt procedures to ensure the administration of
17
justice in the event this district’s Chief Judge is absent or otherwise unavailable. Accordingly, in
18
the event Chief District Judge David Estudillo is absent or otherwise unavailable, District Judge
19
Tana Lin shall serve as the Acting Chief Judge. If Judge Lin is unavailable, District Judge
20
Lauren J. King shall serve as the Acting Chief Judge. If Judge King is unavailable, District
21
Judge John H. Chun shall serve as the Acting Chief Judge.
