16 This Amended Order amends and supersedes the September 25, 2024 Order Appointing
17 Panel to Consider Magistrate Judge. The purpose of this Amended Order is to replace two
18 previously appointed Panel members.
19 The current term of office for Magistrate Judge Theresa L. Fricke is set to expire on April
20 30, 2025.
21 It is necessary that the Court consider reappointment of Magistrate Judge Fricke.
22 Accordingly, the Court appoints the panel of persons listed below, pursuant to the Federal

2 Establishing Standards and Procedures for the Appointment of United States Magistrate Judges:

11 The panel shall report to the court whether the incumbent is recommended for
12 reappointment as United States Magistrate Judge. All Panel members have been advised in
13 writing of the restriction set forth in §420.30.20(d) of the Regulations of the Judicial Conference
14 of the United States Establishing Standards and Procedures for the Appointment and
15 Reappointment of United States Magistrate Judges.
16 The Clerk shall direct copies of this order to each District Judge and to each panel
17 member.
