On December 19, 2024, the President of the United States entered an executive order

closing all executive departments and agencies of the federal government on December 24, 2024.

Having reviewed our District’s Court calendar and there not being any hearings

scheduled for December 24, 2024, the undersigned authorizes the court’s closure on December
23
24, 2024, to match the President’s executive order. Accordingly, the District Court for the

1 Western District of Washington will be closed on December 24, 2024, except for new arrests and
2 emergency filings.
3 IT IS SO ORDERED.
