16 The current term of office for Magistrate Judge Theresa L. Fricke is set to expire on April
17 30, 2025.
18 It is necessary that the Court consider reappointment of Magistrate Judge Fricke.
19 Accordingly, the Court appoints the panel of persons listed below, pursuant to the Federal
20 Magistrates Act, as amended, and the Regulations of the Judicial Conference of the United States
21 Establishing Standards and Procedures for the Appointment of United States Magistrate Judges:

10 reappointment as United States Magistrate Judge. All Panel members have been advised in
11 writing of the restriction set forth in §420.30.20(d) of the Regulations of the Judicial Conference
12 of the United States Establishing Standards and Procedures for the Appointment and
13 Reappointment of United States Magistrate Judges.
14 The Clerk shall direct copies of this order to each District Judge and to each panel
15 member.
