closing all executive departments and agencies of the federal government on Wednesday,

December 24, 2025, and Friday, December 26, 2025, the day before and the day following

federal-government-on-december-24-2025-and-december-26-2025/. On December 19, 2025, the

Administrative Office of the United States Courts advised that it would be closed on Wednesday,

December 24, 2025.

GENERAL ORDER 11-25
1 The undersigned previously entered General Order 09-25 closing United States District
2 Court for the Western District of Washington, including its Clerk’s Office and Probation and
3 Pretrial Services Office, on Thursday, December 25, and Friday, December 26, 2025, except for
4 new arrests and emergency filings.
5 The undersigned hereby closes the United States District Court, including its Clerk’s
6 Office and Probation and Pretrial Services Office, on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, in
7 addition to Thursday, December 25, 2025, and Friday, December 26, 2025, except for new
8 arrests and emergency filings.
