16 This matter having come before the Court on the application by the United States
17 Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Washington for a General Order authorizing the
18 United States Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS) to issue citations for violations of certain
19 sections of the United States Code, and for good cause appearing therefore:
20 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that FAMS is now authorized to issue citations or
21 violation notices to any person whom they have probable cause to believe is guilty of
22 violations of the specifically enumerated offenses set forth in Exhibit A.
23 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the proposed Bail Schedule for the enumerated
24 offenses are approved by the Court as set forth in Exhibit A.
25 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that FAMS may use the location code designated by the
26 Central Violations Bureau (CVB) for the Western District of Washington, with respect to
27 violations of the enumerated offenses as set forth in Exhibit A that occur in the Western
28 District of Washington.
