In accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 154(b) and General Order No. 20-33 of this

Court, the undersigned, on behalf of the Article III Judges of the United States
10
District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, hereby designates and
11
reappoints Whitman L. Holt as the Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy
12
Court for the Eastern District of Washington, effective until October 31, 2030.
13
The District Court Executive is directed to enter this Order and provide
14
copies to the Chief Judge of the Ninth Circuit, the Circuit Executive, each of the
15
Bankruptcy Judges, the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court, and the Administrative
16
Office of the United States Courts.
