A defendant represented by counsel shall not be allowed to file a motion or other documents pro se,
unless the defendant is seeking the appointment of new counsel or a motion to proceed pro se. If a
party represented by counsel sends a pro se motion or other documents to the court, the court may
strike the motion and the document from the record or take any other action the Court deems
appropriate.
