STANDING ORDER
In accordance with this Court's Standing Order of Reference
of August 15, 1984, the United States District Court for the
Eastern District of Virginia adopts the attached Order entered by
the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of
Virginia reflecting the creation and adoption of a random case
assignment procedure for so-called "mega" cases. Any appeals from
such cases will be assigned at random to a district court judge
within the same division of the randomly assigned presiding
bankruptcy judge.
The Clerk of Court shall send this Standing Order to all
registered CM/ECF users in the Eastern District of Virginia.
