SECOND AMENDED CJA COMMITTEE APPOINTMENT ORDER
The Court has been notified that CJA Panel Attorney Emily
Munn has resigned as a member of the Norfolk/Newport News Division
CJA Committee effective May 4, 2025. Based on the unanimous
recommendation of the Norfolk/Newport News Division CJA Committee
the Court appoints Diane Toscano Esquire to fill the unexpired
term of Emily Munn.
The Clerk shall provide a copy of this Order to all of the
Court's Norfolk/Newport News District Judges and Magistrate
Judges, the District's Federal Public Defender, and shall also
post the Order on the Court's website.
