OF JUDGE BRUCE S. JENKINS’

With the passing of the Honorable Bruce S. Jenkins, the cases over which he
presides must be reassigned. To ensure the fair and efficient administration of justice,
under DUCivR 83-2(a)(2), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk’s Office shall
immediately reassign all active cases currently assigned to Judge Jenkins to a randomly
selected district judge using the court’s computerized case assignment process.
