In recognition of the Centers for Disease Control’s recent guidance concerning
individuals who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, the Court hereby
orders that:
• Except for individuals who have been fully vaccinated, all visitors to
the Orrin G. Hatch United States Courthouse must wear a mask that
covers their nose and mouth, use hand sanitizer upon entering, and
stay at least 6’ away from others.
• Vaccinated individuals may choose to continue wearing a mask and
to physically distance.
• Judges will inform hearing and trial participants of any modifications
to the above policy for their courtrooms.
