BANKRUPTCY COURT 24-005
Proposed amendments to the Local Rules of Practice of the United States
Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah were reviewed by the District Court Local Rules
Committee, published for comment, and the comment period has completed. The court
has reviewed the proposed amendments and comments.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Bankruptcy Court shall adopt by
general order the amended local bankruptcy rules and publish such rules to the Bar and
to the public.
