Upon motion of the United States of America and for good cause appearing,
Attachment A, the revised United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service
Collateral Forfeiture Schedule, is hereby adopted with immediate effect. Upon further
motion of the United States and for good cause appearing, the August 1, 2024 revision
of the Code of Federal Regulations: Parks, Forests, and Public Property Fine/Bail
Schedule, and all future revisions thereto shall be used by law enforcement agencies
within the District of Utah wherein collateral forfeiture amounts are determined with
reference to State Law or Regulation.

The Attorney for the United States shall make the Court’s Order known to the
United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service and all other law enforcement
agencies within the District of Utah, as appropriate.
