IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTION OF GENERAL ORDER
THE AMENDED LOCAL RULES OF
THE BANKRUPTCY COURT 25-006
Under DUCivR 83-6.4, the District Court has reviewed the 2025 proposed
amendments to the Local Rules of Practice of the United States Bankruptcy Court for
the District of Utah, which were published for comment.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Bankruptcy Court adopt by
general order the amended local bankruptcy rules and publish such rules to the Bar and
to the public.
