JUDICIAL ASSIGNMENTS
To avoid unnecessary delays in assigning cases in which it is apparent that all judges
within the District of Utah will recuse themselves, the Chief Judge of the court may, without
requiring all judges to recuse under DUCivR 83-2(b), request that the Chief Judge of the Tenth
Circuit Court of Appeals assign a judge from another district within the circuit to hear the matter.
