Proposed amendments to the Local Rules of Practice of the United States Bankruptcy
Court for the District of Utah were reviewed by the District Cou1t Local Rules Conunittee,
published for comment, and the comment period has completed. The court has reviewed the
proposed amendments and comments. Accordingly
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Bankruptcy Comt shall adopt by general order the
amended local bankruptcy rules and publish the such rules to the Bar and to the public.
