JUDGE SELECTION PANEL IN SALT GENERAL ORDER

The Court has been informed that Magistrate Judge Brooke Wells will retire
effective June 3, 2019, and has received authorization to fill the vacancy created by
her retirement. In accordance with Volume 3, Chap. 4, § 420.50 of the Guide to
Judiciary Policy governing the Selection, Appointment, and Reappointment of
United States Magistrate Judges, and having advised all panel members of
restrictions imposed by Judicial Conference Regulations regarding their eligibility for
future magistrate judge positions,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, effective today, the following persons are
appointed to serve as the Merit Selection Panel for the upcoming vacancy for the
United States magistrate judge located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
