STANDING ORDER
In the interests of justice, attorneys accepting appointments to represent indigent
defendants in the Waco Division under the Criminal Justice Act (“C.J.A.”) Plan1 as adopted on
May 1, 2023, shall attend the annual training seminar for C.J.A. attorneys provided by the
Federal Public Defender.
