STANDING ORDER REGARDING FILING DEFICIENCIES
Any attorney receiving more than ten (1 0) deficiencies in a twelve consecutive month
period shall be required to complete a court approved training session within thirty (30) business
days of receiving written notice. Failure to comply may result in appropriate sanctions.
Deficiencies for the purposes of this Order are defined as any deficiency notice from the District
Clerk's Office requiring the resubmission of a document.
